NOSE Cherry-heavy dark fruit, oak, complex baking spice, cocoa, vanilla marshmallow, caramel, roasted nuts, Banana’s Foster, slight herbal, citrus, fruit cake and leather notes. Good god, this is an incredible nose. PALATE Oak, cherry-heavy dark fruit, complex baking spice, complex dark sweets, dried orchard fruit, vanilla, nuts, fresh pastries and some light biscuity, citrus and herbal notes. Warm, rich, I’d like to drink this all the time. FINISH Long -> Oak, dried dark fruit, cocoa and leather fade out in a taffy sweet and oaky way.
Parker's Heritage Master Distiller's Blend of Mashbills Bourbon
About this bottle
This bottling is a blend of two Kentucky Straight Bourbons, one with a mashbill containing rye and the other with a mashbill containing wheat, and from different floors of two different rickhouses. The result is a unique four-grain bourbon (corn, barley, wheat and rye) that is bottled at cask-strength (127 proof). We recommend a splash of cool water added to this whiskey to fully appreciate the flavors and aromas of this bourbon.

137.9 proof. Oak and coconut on the nose, some sting as well. A bit acidic on the palate, definite rye spice, although the finish is somewhat short. Some sweetness, dark chocolate. The fruit component lingers a bit. Definitely drink smoother than the proof would suggest. 8/23/17
Amazing rich cocoa and sweet with spice- blend of high wheat and a high rough to perfection. High proof of 139 that drinks like a 90+
My all time favorite bourbon. So many flavors and very easy on the palette in spite of the higher proof.
Smooth to start but very spicy finish. Added a few drops and it helped a little but still kicking.
Top 3 best Bourbons. Thick oily and crazy complex. Spicy and sweet.
