It's great young and fresh bourbon. Vanilla, apple, banana to taste. It's not for wintertime nor night time sipping. When it's summer and the sun is shining you can enjoy this wonderful bourbon on ice. Great for mixing too.
About this bottle
Originally introduced in the 70's as a purely export brand with America written all over it (with an American flag and motif of Abe Lincoln himself). Made up of 70% corn, and then rye and barley, PennyPacker was the number one selling bourbon in Europe through much of the 70's and 80's. It’s been available in the states since May of 2013.

Über puren Genuss braucht man bei 11 Euros wohl kaum reden, obwohl er gar nicht so schlecht riecht. Beim Vergleich beim Mischen mit Cola finde ich ihn sogar eine Spur besser als z.B. Jim Beam. Fazit.....angenehm überrascht.
This is produced in the USA shipped to Germany bottled thenshipped back to the U.S.. This is solely for mixing try not to drink on its own its harsh.
Great replacement for the classic Jim Beam! Less oily and nutty, maybe a bit fruitier, definitely younger, but with the same corny comfort.
Penny does sure pack a punch! A good Bourbon for sipping & cocktail dipping. Easy going & sour mash glowing!
Caramel, coconut, vanilla. Easy and pleasant on the palate. Nothing special, but nice for the price.
