This is one of six limited edition rum bottlings for Plantation Rum for its "Under the Sea" Vintage Collection No. 2. Featuring a local marine animal on the packaging, each of the rums are distilled and aged in their country of origin and then further aged in southwest France — the signature double aging for the brand. This Fiji 2009 vintage bottling was distilled at Rum Co. of Fiji Distillery exclusively in pot stills. The rum was initially aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to France for an additional 3 years of aging. A clown fish is featured on the label. Only 25 casks were produced. Availability begins in the US in May 2023. (SRP $80)
