Poli Vaca Mora

Super minty nose with a bit of citrus peel. The refreshing mint continues on the palate followed by a bevy of other herbs. Just sweet enough but not cloying like Aperol. The bitterness comes through in the finish but it's exactly what you want. I love this stuff especially with a few ice cubes. This is would be the perfect accompaniment to a mortadella and provolone sandwich while picnicking in the Dolomites.

Excellent stuff. Much more alpine in character than i was expecting with a huge minty presence, but also very balanced with nice orange peel and a hit of sweet cola nut. Bitter finish but not bracingly so and a warming alcohol presence.
