Puni nails it! Sole means sun and this is quite sunny. Honey bees busy gathering nectar in a field of wild flowers and orange blossoms at the foot of the southern alps. Cin Cin Puni!
About this bottle
PUNI is a range of Italian malt whiskies distilled at the foot of the Alps in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Not only is Italian whisky unusual, the distillery takes things a step further by using not only malted barley, but also malted wheat and malted locally-grown rye in their mash bill. Sole is aged for two years in ex-bourbon casks then finished for two years in Pedro Ximenez casks from Spain.

Nose: Bit alcoholic but gentle Body: bloodorange, powdersugar Finsih: short and gentle, but a slightly Strange aftertaste Overall a well balanced and enjoyable drink
Nog jonge whiskey. Maar toch complex en verrassend. Wild honey - oak - orange volgens het etiket zijn duidelijk terug te vinden id geur en smaak.
Jong maar goede balans. Bourbon casks met cherry. Lekker!
