There roasted agave, a slight mineral note, a note of cocoa/lactic/cheesy (best way for me to describe it) that i get with some durangensis and cupreata agaves, mild citrus, vegetal notes and once you get to the end you get grapefruit, sligh mineral and mild mesquite smoke. This would be a good way to get someone into more standard mezcals as i find the smoke isnt overwhelming but mixes well with the other espadin notes. Nice stuff for my first taste of bacanora

Light smoke, vegetal, green pepper, little bit of cheesy funk in there. Slightly earthy. Nicely balanced. First bacanora I tried, and it still holds up pretty well.
