Clear. Acetone, herbs, mild cheese, mild spice. Slightly sweet, cream, strong minerals. Medium body, slight burn. Elegant, slightly strong.
This blanco bacanora was produced in Suaqui Grande, Sonora, Mexico from 100% agave Angustifolia Haw (aka agave Pacifica). It is bottled without wood aging at 41% ABV. In Spanish "aguamiel" translates to "honey water" in English.
