Nose - 1st a sweet herbal and earthy hints. When put in ice it has a refreshing breeze. Taste - Has a sweet herbal that has lil caramel that the alcohol turns it over slowly into that lil spice it has but all so refreshed swig Finish - It has almost like a minty or herbal finish simple but long lasting
About this bottle
Azuñia Añejo is distilled from 100% blue weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico which are harvested 8 to 10 years after planting. The agave is roasted in clay hornos ovens for 36 hours before being distilled twice. This Añejo is aged for up to 18 months in American oak barrels before being bottled and distributed. Additive free.

Old label. Nice stuff with notes of cooked agave, maple syrup, green chili peppers, cinnamon, chocolate, cherries, almonds, and butterscotch.
Nose vanilla icing and cake, chr, oak, black pepper, mint. Sweet with a little spice, vanilla, herbs, caramel.
Earthy and very spicy. Great big flavor at decent price point
