A complex, American Whiskey by Iron Smoke Distillery’s in Fairport, New York. It is crafted using Rattlesnake Rosie’s “Forbidden Apple Pie” whiskey recipe blending Iron Smoke’s corn whiskey, upstate New York apple cider, cinnamon, vanilla & brown sugar. It has an aromatic birth with notes of over ripe tree fruit, wood & spices; while a thick & intense life add notes of cider, caramel apple & pie crust; that led to a rich & complex death of medium length with notes of oak, cinnamon, vanilla & brown sugar. I would really enjoy licking the bottom of the oven out after that cools down!", then this whiskey is perfect for you. It's cloudy, it's syrupy, it's licking the bottom of a recently cooled oven while someone shakes a canister of cinnamon over your face. Enjoy!

Crushable and smooth, this will take you back to the days of Grandma's kitchen on a Saturday afternoon. Hints of cinnamon and nutmeg(?) rise through a pleasant buttery mouth feel just like that pie that sat on the end of the counter when you were little.
