Rattlesnake Rosie's Maple Bacon Whiskey

Think of this more like a maple bacon liqueur. Nose is overwhelmed with maple syrup flavor, leaving little room for smoky afterthoughts. On the tongue immediately hits a sweet maple syrup liqueur which moves to an overcooked burned bacon in the back of the mouth. The sweetness holds in the mouth for a short time before dissipating.

Maple in the nose. Strong maple and smokey taste with a syrupy mouth feel.

Maple and saltiness which I'm assuming is the bacon. Thanks @ Roger
