Winemaker Alex Villicana ventured into spirits distillation as a way to promote sustainability and maximize resources. At the base of Re:Find Gin is the house vodka distilled from ripe, red wine grapes harvested from their estate. Using the vapor infusion method, botanicals mostly sourced from California's Central Coast are added. These include juniper berry, coriander, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, grains of paradise, and lavender. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
