Re:Find Kumquat Liqueur is made by soaking whole kumquats in a grape-based high proof vodka for a few months resulting in flavored vodka. The whole kumquats are removed, pressed, and redistilled. This distillate is blended with the flavored vodka. Then the spirit is brought to proof, sweetened, and bottled at 80 proof.
