An intense, blended rum from the Dominican Republic crafted with a blend of 6–10-year-old oak aged rums. It has an aromatic birth with notes of sugar cane, wood, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of raisins & vanilla; that led to a smoky death of medium length with notes of oak & almonds. Not a bad rum but, maybe too simple, not much body or depth, burns a little, the bottle is much nicer than the rum itself.
more vanilla on nose than in taste, but still a good rum well balanced in sweetness
