Worth every penny. Has such an explosion of flavors from raisins, plums, butterscotch, ginger, grapefruit, almonds, cinnamon, passion fruit, pineapples, quince, truffles, lavender, and so on. Nose: Raisins, Plums, Grapefruit, Almonds, Butterscotch, Sultanas, Pineapples, Passionfruit, Figs, Dates, Pears, Quince, Luxardo Cherries, Lavender, Perfume, Blackberries, Mocha, Ginger Palate: Raisins, Oranges, Milk Chocolate, Hazlenuts, Truffles, Quince, Plum Jam, Cinnamon, Almonds, Mangoes, Papayas, Nutmeg, Grapefruit, Lemon Peels, Juniper, Ginger, Chili Pepper Finish: Mangoes, Papayas, Guava, Figs, Sultanas, Lemon Peels, Grapefruit, Oranges, Ginger

Louis XIII Nose: Plum, pear, Sauterne, red delicious apple. All in balance refined and pleasant. Palate: Just so amazing, it truly is one of the best liquors I’ve ever had. So amazingly delicious rendered flavors, yet so reserved. This more than anything I’ve had, just screams you are drinking nectar of the gods. Finish: Long perfect finish. It’s smooth and flavorful. Again if you could graph out the ideal finish in a Michelin kinda way, just the craft quality of this is unparalleled.

Before my liquor store owner sold his shop to other person, he opened this amazing bottle to all employees to have unforgettable experiences. Once it was opened, i could smell a full of rose filling up the entire room. Extremely floral flavor!!!! And very very smooth and hardly feel alcohol taste. I wish i can drink this one again!!!!!

They warmed the glass which is an odd to me but was told it brings out the aroma and flavors. Honestly it’s very good, notes of caramel and apricots. As it sat the the notes dor caramel was replaced with cinnamon.

the aroma isn’t very strong, while on palate it is smooth, there isn’t a feeling of complex layers in time sequence; overall taste doesn’t match the price, money paid for the baccarat bottle more or less

Nice caramel color. Fruity nose with some almond. On the palate, the fruit and almond and some honey. Incredibly smooth, much smoother than the XO. Heavenly nectar!
