A very good modern style gin from Restless Spirits. So far I have only drunk this neat, which is rather typical for me. There is juniper, but almost in the background. Lavender, meadow sweet, and I think I pick up on a little coriander, and a distinct citrus from orange peels. Not sure what else I am tasting--but it is there. This is featured in some cocktails served at the Kansas City Royals baseball stadium, Kauffman Stadium.
