Revel Avila Blanco Puro de Agave is produced in the state of Morelos outside the regions permitted to legally produce tequila. It is made from Weber Blue agave which is a blend of roasted and steamed piñas. For the roasted piñas, a volcanic pit is used for 48 hours with them covered, then uncovered for an additional 24 hours. After fermentation, it is triple distilled.
