An intense, Collector Cask Series Rum, from Traveller Liquors in Belize City, Belize, is true cask to bottle. It was double distilled in June 2006, matured in charred oak casks for 12 years before being bottled in September of 2018 at 65.2% ABV with only 251 available. It has an aromatic birth with notes of bananas, coffee cake, coffee with milk, cut grass, citrus blossom & sugared almonds; while a rich & bold life adds notes of dried mango, brown sugar, herbs & red fruits; that led to a long & balanced death with notes of salted caramel, mint & green apples.
