Denver-based Rising Sun Distillery makes certified organic spirits sourcing their ingredients from local organic farmers within 300 miles of the distillery. Their Organic Colorado Chile spirit is made by using mirasol chiles from Pueblo, Colorado in the distillation process. Bottled at 80 proof.
