It combines classic 5-year-old Pays d’Auge Calvados with a 2-year finish in Cantillon casks sourced directly from the brewery in Brussels known for their Kriek label, a lambic made with sour Morello cherries. Cask No. 397 was bottled in January 2021 at 47.3% ABV & produced a mere 324 bottles. It has an intensely aromatic birth, while a complex life that leads to a long & bold death. August 2021
