Rush Creek Distilling Trophy Whiskey Small Batch Release

A little too much rubbing alcohol in the nose, but the taste leans more to a scotch with spice cookie and butterscotch notes. Mostly smooth, but does have a little burn at the end.

Starts off like a young scotch. Goes into sultry leather and finishes with Rye spice. Would defiantly drink again.
