Nose - Sweet, Subtle herbal notes. Honey, floral, herbal. Everything you expect for a rye. EXTREMELY clean scent, very pleasant on the nose for a summer dram. Palate - Wow the is the most rye thats ever ryed. Very floral with hints of sweetness. Little bit of bubblegum. Little bit of bite with cinnamon. Very Rye if that makes sense. Finish - Finish is simple rye, all the way down. Very light herbal and sweet.
