Nose: Oak, vanilla, brown sugar. Black pepper, clove, cardamom. Tart cherry. Vegetal - dill, thyme, basil. Barnyard. Palate: oak, vanilla, sugar. Creamy - cream cheese frosting. Dill, thyme, cinnamon, clove, cardamom. Bubblegum. Barnyard hay - almost reminds me of a brett beer.

Last BTAC I've tasted. Was avoiding because rye is usually too spicy for me, but this wasn't. It wasn't hot, deep, or full, it just kind of was. Didn't hate it, but didn't love it. I'll stick to all things Stagg.
