Shiner Craft Vodka is a grain-to-glass vodka made in Shiner, Texas. This vodka is one of three spirits to be released in May 2023 from K. Spoetzl Distillery, a new distillery from the makers of Shiner Beer. Bottled at 40% ABV.

The nose is actually more like white dog whiskey than vodka, essentially corn and alcohol with some barley and/or other bread grain and earth notes at the end. On the palate it’s really smooth but with spicy flavors, grains, roasted corn and pepper, smoke. Long burnt something finish. Odd but interesting.
Nose of sweet corn, heavy minerality and cotton candy. Round mouthfeel, with a sweet candy-like entry. Slightly hot, but overall, this is a somewhat easy-going vodka. The finish is short, and slightly chalky.
