Shot Tower American Dry Gin is a corn-based gin made with botanicals such as juniper, coriander, curaçao orange peels, jasmine flower, green tea, angelica root, and cassia. It is bottled at 100 proof. The gin is named after Baltimore's Phoenix Shot Tower where shot ammunition was produced by dropping molten lead from the top of the tower and into a vat of cold water at the bottom.
