Sibona amaro

Alpine style amaro with a distant menthol presence overlaying a sweet cola/caramel base. Clears the nostrils and numbs the tongue a bit the way that ginger or horseradish do.

Sweet caramel upfront and then a decidedly menthol finish that almost has a bit of ginger-level burn. Overall smooth though.
