Skeptic Gin Batch 8

This is the smoothest gin I have ever had! You can literally make gin and tonics that are more than 50% gin to tonic and it still tastes great with minimal burn. Skeptic Gin has some of the usual gin notes... coriander, gooseberries, a little more citrusy than some possibly from the grapefruit and pear used. What really sets this gin apart from the rest is the smoothness. Very strong gin flavor with very little burn after the fact. This is my go to gin for all cocktails moving forward. Well priced too!
