It is a 5 year-old straight rye whiskey aged in a 53-gallon new American oak cask and made from a mash bill of 70% organic rye, 10% malted rye, and 20% malted barley. It is bottled at 61% ABV, with 195 bottles available as of October, 2021.

Tasting neat in a Glencairn: Nose presents licorice and leathery oak with bergamot. A drop of water opens up with more vanilla cream Palate offers butter bread and soft cinnamon with mint. Finish is short and delicious, more black tea and cinnamon.
