About this bottle
Apparently, pineapple gin was a thing back in the 1920's and this bottling is doing its best to bring it back to the 21st century. Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar and then added to a gin. Batch 2 consists of 2,200 bottles. Bottled at 40.1% ABV.
