An intense, Blended White Rum by the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados. It is a blend of 2 distillations: the 1st is fermented for 72 hours prior to column distillation & the 2nd is fermented for 2 weeks prior to pot distillation then blended before bottling at 43% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cane juice, tropical fruits, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of guava, mango, melon, green olive; that led to a long & spicy death with notes of dark chocolate, clove, burnt coconut & Nilla wafers.
