Stambecco Maraschino

If Luxardo Maraschino was slightly bitter. Strong cherry nose without being too medicinal. Sweet front end. Bitter back end. Use in a highball, or for an interesting variation to a cocktail like an Aviation or Last Word as a substitute for regular Maraschino liqueur.

Definite cherry on the nose but much mintier than Luxardo and more pleasant to drink by itself.
