About this bottle
This is a single cask, cask strength Indiana straight rye distilled at Starlight Distillery. It was made from 85% locally-grown rye and 15% malted barley and was aged for 4 years in a 53-gallon new, charred oak barrel. Bottled at 112.7 proof, only 211 bottles were produced. This is one of three Winter 2021 single cask releases from Lost Lantern.
