As far as “PA Whiskey’s” go, it’s enjoyable. I sensed a nose of caramel. Very light on the palate with rye and a long mellow finish. A little too mellow for my preference
It’s great stuff! Packs a punch. Sweet notes like honey and a little rye spice like cinnamon. Can’t wait to buy more!
A delicious peppery, leather palate. Long earthy finish. Reminiscent of a solid Kentucky rye.
Surprisingly smooth yet spicy. Very well balanced. I get some oak and sweetness.
