About this bottle
The Stonecutter Distillery is located in historic Middlebury, Vermont. The name derives from the masons and stone crafters that called this corner of New England home in the 1800s. The founders hope to capture some of yesteryear’s old fashioned practices by carefully aging gin and whiskey and to create craft spirits by using quality ingredients and unhurried maturation. For the gin, bourbon barrels house the distillate for four to six months.
