I first ran into this Gin at my local package store and the Gin guy said that he had not tried it yet but that it had a solid following now that they shipped to South Carolina. On the bottom of the bottle, there was a note saying that they shipped to VA, NC, and SC so if you like Gin and see this bottle it is worth your time to try it. This Gin has a very nice Juniper nose and citrus/ herbal body. The Juniper does not overpower the taste but is very much there. It holds up well in Martinis and Gin and Tonics and it makes an outstanding Vesper and Aviation. The Gin holds up well with all of the mixers I have used and so far I have bought 3 bottles of this it seems to have replaced Roku in my top three Gins but it a bit more expensive. For Gin lovers, this is a no brainer if you like Gins with a citrus finish, unlike Tanqueray gins that tend to have a black pepper finish to me. Enjoy.

Great product. Love the look of the bottle, but the contents are what earns the stars. This does stray slightly from "traditional" gins, but will not disappoint juniper lovers in the least. Strong juniper with floral undertones and a slight vegetal note that pairs perfectly with vermouth and olives. Great in a G&T as well. May only be available in NC at the moment, but if you're in NC and can find it, definitely give it a try.
Well balanced floral and pine with a hint of spiciness at the end. Aftertaste is clear and the flavor holds.
Botanical, taste small batch, well done. Found in Jackson hole
