Sweet American style gin. 80 proof. Uses just 4 botanicals including juniper, cucumber, coriander, & tangerine zest. The cucumber seems more muted than in a Hendrick's style gin. Oddly, so does the juniper. This gin seems a little thin for a liquor-forward drink like a martini but I haven't tried it that way, having had just a small sampler at the distillery. It's an interesting distillate, but I'm hoping for more of a Florida terroir and less of a "product". TBC...
