Tarquin's British Blackberry Gin

An intense, variation on the Tarquin’s Handcrafted Cornish Gin recipe, with a focus on blackberries! They combine the gin with the delicious British blackberries as well as a small helping of Cornish wildflower honey. It has an aromatic birth with notes of berries; while a rich & full life adds notes of pine-y juniper & orange oil; that led to a long, tart & syrupy death with a touch of Sherry. January 2018
