Minimal nose at chilled temp, some pepper and light green bean. When heated opens up with aroma of steamed mushrooms, woodiness and more powerful green bean collander scent. Best tasted warm although good at all temps. Umami and savory flavors unique to Yamahai brewing. Enoki, steamed roots and vegetables, soft and light on the palate.
