Tequila Lobos 1707 is an independent spirits brand which is backed by basketball legend LeBron James. The tequila is distilled in Los Altos, Jalisco from 100% blue weber agave. For the Reposado tequila, it is aged in American white oak for 6 months. Then a portion of the brand's Extra Añejo tequila is added. This is followed by a finishing in Pedro Ximénez barrels. The tequila is available as of November 2020 in New York City, California and Florida with an expected nationwide launch in early 2021.

Lobos 1707 reposado delivers an exquisite tequila with very unique PX sherry cask aging. The aromas of roasted agave, toasted oak, licorice and hints of smoke are followed by flavors of ripe apple, spices, toasted almonds, roasted agave, and medicinal nuances delivered by the licorice characteristic. The sherry aging definitely introduces those fruity and caramelized components.
