My first rum outside of a mixed drink. Locally sourced, created in the backwoods of the Southern Oregon Coast. Smooth, sweet, hint of carmel and honey. My mind goes to bourbon upon tasting, but quickly stops as the sweetness is more sugar and honey than corn. Delicious in its own rummish way. Overall, I would highly recommend at least a try.

About this bottle
