Beautiful balance between the gentian and star anise notes. A little bit of citrus (lemon peel) as well. Bright and refreshing; a truly unique amaro that I'd rank up there with the best from Italy.
Bitter gentian flavour is reminiscent of Suze, but the slight lemon peel and star anise character add layers of complexity and take Chiaro to the next level.
An absolute gem. Gentian at its core but with a refreshing lemon citrus overlay and some star anise accents. A modern classic.
