Topo Organic Piedmont Gin

organic red wheat, column distilled. light floral juniper on the nose. juniper, cardamom, chamomile, catmint, spice in the mouth. short crisp finish and thin mouthfeel. well made and very drinkable, great for mixing.

Best neat. I like some of the flavor notes but I have not found a drink I like it in.

Mint tones and works well with cucumbers.
