Nice, complex and deep mix of sweet and spicy. Straight rye gives it the usual rye spice flavor, clove, and dry pepper. But the age adds an oaky leather complexity and theres a surprising amount of sweet caramel and vanilla throughout that adds a great layer to everything above.
