Uno en Mil Brandy de Jerez is produced by Bodegas Sánchez Romate. It translates to "one-in-a-thousand," for the number of oak casks used (and labeled as 1/1000) in the solera ageing system of producing this Spanish brandy. Made from the airén grape varietal, the spirit is aged in casks that previously matured Fino and Amontillado sherries.
