An okay Irish whiskey. Definitely had a bite but nothing really special. It’s missing a lot of the notes you’d expect from an Irish and the higher proof only proves to intensify the ethanol and not the flavor itself. It’s okay. That’s about it

Probably the best Irish Whisky I've ever had. The aroma is crazy. Like straight rubbing alcohol, but oh man, the flavor. Grassy, leathery, with a touch of salinity. Fantastic and smooth, even at cask strength.

Never had an Irish whiskey like this. Once my nose got past the alcohol I got subtle vanilla, peat and maple. Flavor tags attached with a clean finish and lingering burn in the throat.
