About this bottle
Vivacity Spirits is a microdistillery owned by Caitlin Prueitt and her husband, Chris Neumann. It is located in Corvallis, Oregon in the agriculturally-rich Williamette Valley. Their Traditional Rum is made using a traditional fermentation and distillation process. It is then aged over a year in both ex-bourbon and neutral oak (a barrel that has lost its ability to flavor a spirit) casks.
