Neat. Aroma is light and fresh. Agave, light fresh tropical fruit, raw jalapeno, some vegetal, citrus, and saline notes. Taste is agave sweet, green olive, fruit, light herbs. Finish is sweet, tart, with some bitter herb notes Overall, pretty tasty and easy to drink with no offputting flavors. Interesting as I can taste the blending of Valley and Altos agave. Nice bottle, no additives. A little pricey. Competes with some very good blancos that i would prefer

Volcán Blanco is crafted with a central focus on the agave. The distillery combines both highland and lowland agaves to deliver a uniquely blended expression. Raw and cooked agave are present on the nose with compliments of oranges, pear, dry herbs, and a dash of smoke. The flavors follow suit with raw and cooked agave, fruits, black pepper, caramel, and delicate notes of spearmint on the finish.

Spectacular liquid. The blend of highland (fruity) and lowland (herbal) agaves provides an exceptional taste. Agave is very present and alcohol is perfectly integrated. Produced in a distillery that only produces volcan. Legitimate stuff.

amazing blanco with a well balanced traditional notes. a no brainer at this price point ($40). I still prefer the cristalino for sipping but the blanco works great in cocktails

Vanilla, pineapple, pepper, saline, herbs, and citrus. A little light and would likely get lost in a cocktail but not bad neat.
