About this bottle

The Ensamble stands out from the rest of the Wahaka range, which are all single-agave releases. Mezcalero Alberto “Beto” Morales describes the Ensamble as “a marvel” - it’s a blend of three Wahaka mezcals: Espadín (50%), Madre Cuishe (25%) and Tobalá (25%). The result is a full-flavored, complex spirit.

I love it except for the mineral taste which is said because i love their espadin. Which is 50% of this. Its kinda pricey given its 50% of a cheap bottle. I might just get tobala and mix it with the espadin and see what happens

Smooth like water. Subtle yet complex. Lighter on the smokiness, rich with flavor on the front of the pallet. If you've got a bottle of this you're doing something right.
