After purchasing an apple orchard in 1989, Warwick Winery and Distillery first began producing wine and apple cider in 1993. In 2001, they became the first distillery in the Hudson Valley since prohibition. Their Warwick gin is made from 6 botanicals: juniper berries, lemon peel, lime peel, coriander, angelica root, and anise. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

I drink various whiskies and Blue Agave Anejo Tequila, and to my surprise I loved this bright, fresh tasting gin. The flavor is strong, but delicious. To a real gin drinker this may be a high rating, but this is MY rating, highly recommend!
By far one of my favorite gins. Lots of botanicals but not overly sweet. The best pick for a martini with a twist.
