Watershed Guild Gin

Really very nice, especially from someone who likes tea flavors in gin (Drumshanbo, etc.). Nose doesn’t reveal too much chamomile, but definitely present in G+T and also within a spiked chamomile tea (which just seems too good not to pass up). Presently surprised and would purchase again, especially since it’s local for me (Cleveland, Ohio).

Really nice citrus forward gin. I love the lavender and chamomile for added depth. I enjoy this neat or in a hanky panky. The nuance is lost in a Negroni.
