The Vaults series explores wood finishings on Widow Jane's oldest and rarest whiskey. For the seventh edition of the annual release, Widow Jane head distiller and blender Sienna Jevremov and her team selected oak casks raised from the Mediterranean oak forests of Greece to finish the rare and old bourbon blend. Aged a minimum of 15 years, The Vaults 2025 is proofed to 99 proof (49.5% ABV) with pure limestone water from the Rosendale Mines of New York 100 miles north of the Brooklyn distillery. Just 15,672 bottles were produced with a nationwide launch date of September 29, 2025. (SRP $249.99)
